You must be 10 years or older to throw axes and all under 18’s must be accompanied at all times on the lanes by a responsible adult.

You cannot drink alcohol before or during your axe throwing session. If anyone in your party is deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs they will not be permitted to throw and will have to sit this one out! And please be aware that no refunds will be given.

Please wear flat comfortable shoes for safety reasons. No open toed shoes, make sure your whole foot is covered.

Everyone will be required to sign a safety waiver before participating. If you don’t want to sign it, you cannot throw.

All under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult. Under 18’s can go into the escape room without an adult, but the designated adult MUST stay on site for their entire experience with us. Our team members are not babysitters and look after multiple escape rooms at one time.

Two of our escape rooms (Shack & Heist) are accessible, but all other escape rooms have steps to access them.

Our escape rooms can be dark as part of the experience so please be aware of this.

All our escape rooms have release doors so you can leave anytime you want, you are not locked in.

Our team members can see and hear you in the escape rooms via cameras and microphones.

Sure! Walk-ins are welcome anytime, just be aware that if you haven’t booked, we can’t guarantee availability. Peak times such as evenings, weekends, bank holidays and school holidays can get very busy, so we always advise booking in advance.

Under 18’s are welcome at the venue so you can bring the whole brood! However, any under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult and not left alone in the venue. The venue is designed for adults but friendly for kids, you might hear swear words in the playlist and you might see some customer graffiti around the venue. Just so y’all know.

You must be over the age of 10 to throw axes, but there is no lower age limit on any other activity. Please note small children might not be able to reach shuffleboard or beer pong tables.

Adults will be responsible for damages caused by their children. So please stay with your children when in the venue.

S**t happens! We get it! You might need to add people to a booking, change some details or move it altogether! Contact the venue directly via email or phone and the team will be happy to help. Make sure you have checked the terms and conditions, we need to know more than 24 hours in advance for any changes.

Absolutely! We have two accessible axe throwing lanes, please let us know in advance so we can make sure those lanes are available for you. All other activities on the ground floor are accessible. There is also an accessible toilet and spaces at the end of tables for wheelchairs. The High Roller Highs escape room is completely accessible, and the Shack of Soul escape room is accessible via a small ramp.

Please note that the golf course is not accessible by its nature of uneven surfaces and obstacles. We also do not have a lift to access the shuffleboard, golf or darts upstairs.

The staff will be happy to take your order at the table instead of the bar to accommodate you in the venue. If you need anything while you are with us, just make a team member aware, they will be happy to help.

Of course! We can offer large party discounts to groups over 12 people, corporates or venue hires. We can build you a bespoke package with activities, food and drinks, just get in touch with the venue via email and one of the team will help you plan your event.

We don’t have food on hand at the venue, but we do have a pizza partner. We can order you pizzas to the venue with 48 hrs notice, we have a selective menu so please ask the venue for more details.

Please note you cannot bring your own food, or order your own food to the venue, we work closely with our partners so if you would like food, please order with us in advance.
